Support

For questions about your account, your dossier, your billing, or your edits, write to support@wealthrecon.com. The address forwards into Bryce's inbox during V2 friends-phase. He responds within one business day on weekdays and within two business days on weekends.

If your question is about a specific dossier, include the dossier identifier from the in-app reader's top region; we use it to route the question to the right context fast.

Privacy requests

If you are the subject of a Wealth Recon dossier and you want to access, delete, correct, or block future research on yourself, the formal channel is the privacy request form at https://wealthrecon.com/privacy. The form collects the minimum information we need to verify your identity and process your request inside the tightest applicable statutory window.

You can also reach the privacy desk by email at privacy@wealthrecon.com. Email arrivals receive an auto-acknowledgment within one business day with a link to the formal request form, so the request can be normalized into our standard intake fields.

A physical mailing address is published in the Privacy Policy for subjects who prefer postal mail.

Compliance and legal

For compliance officers reviewing Wealth Recon as a personal-subscription tool used by an advisor at your firm, the artifact you want is the Export for Compliance Comma-Separated Values file. Every dossier carries a one-click button to download the file: every claim, every Uniform Resource Locator, every verification timestamp, every editor attribution, in eight columns ready for a compliance officer's review.

Sales and partnerships

V2 friends-phase access is open through the apex signup form at https://wealthrecon.com/. Apply through the form. Bryce reviews every application within one business day.

For Firm-tier inquiries (small or boutique Registered Investment Adviser firms looking at multi-seat licenses), write to support@wealthrecon.com and tag the subject line Firm tier:. Firm-tier procurement is bespoke; pricing, license terms, and integration scope all negotiate against the buyer's specific compliance and procurement requirements.

For press inquiries or partnership outreach, the same address works. Tag the subject line accordingly.

What we do not handle through these channels

We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice. Wealth Recon is research infrastructure for licensed advisors; it is not a fiduciary, an adviser, or a registered representative. If your question is investment-related, the right answer is to ask your own advisor.

We do not offer real-time chat support during V2 friends-phase. The volume that would justify a live channel does not yet exist; the email channel handles every case inside the response-time targets above.

We do not respond to unsolicited sales outreach. Wealth Recon's vendor selections (large-language-model providers, hosting, payments, storage, observability) are settled for V2 and revisit on a quarterly cadence; any vendor pitch should wait for that cycle. Cold outreach about marketing services, search-engine-optimization tooling, or growth-hacking platforms will not receive a response.
